End User License Agreement (EULA)

For Blabber Box App

Effective as of 7/16/2025

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

1. License Grant: The "Blabber Box" app (the "App") is licensed, not sold, to you by Moonbeam® ("Developer") for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Scope of License: This license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on a device that utilizes the [Insert Operating System] operating system, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the [Insert Operating System] App Store terms of service.

3. Content: You acknowledge that all content processed by the App (including the "Phone Call") is provided for entertainment purposes only and must not be taken seriously.

4. Restrictions: You may not: - Modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App. - Use the App in a manner that may defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others. - Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA.

5. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the App is transferred to you. Copyright and any other intellectual property rights in the App are owned by the Developer.

6. No Warranty: The App is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination: The license is effective until terminated by you or the Developer. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

9. Amendment: The Developer reserves the right to amend or change this EULA at any time without notice.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are confirming your acceptance of the EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
